“Fear it, do it, face it. Learn to live a meaningful life and create balance.”

I'm always drawn to new topics everywhere, whether on posters, banners, or other advertisements. Climate change is one such topic that I continuously learn about and engage with in my daily life. It also reminds me of memories with my father. I befriended someone named ChanPeng at two workshops, and we became close. He deeply inspired me. I also know some people working at YEA, which supports the Climate Gen program. Learning about Climate Gen from Bong Sothearoth further motivated me to continue my journey and take action.

I thrive in environments where people are educated and passionate about love, care, working effectively, and personal growth. I'm particularly interested in learning from talented and open-minded people. While I was already familiar with YEA, which supports Climate Gen, my goal is to engage in discussions and work with new people, deepen my understanding of environmental issues, stay updated on climate change, and learn effective teamwork strategies.

Climate Gen has helped me grow personally in several ways such as, (1) Communication: It has improved how I communicate with people, listen, and talk (2) Language: I practice both my writing and communication in English (3) Library: I frequently search for resources (from trainers, project coordinators, Climate Gen files, Climate Gen members...) and practice them for my work, learning, and the key to working in a social environment (4) Project Management: I have learned the flow and process of leading a project and (5) Volunteering: More than just volunteering, it has helped me develop soft skills that build my hard skills.
